Day to day reporting line: Administration Manager
Ultimate reporting line: Operations Director
Team: Administration
Responsibilities:
• Managing daily post for the business
• Dealing with literature requests and sending out
• Managing stock and vending machines orders
• Royal Mail and courier requests
• Filing, photocopying and scanning
• Booking appointments with valetor
• Maintaining snack vending machine
• Providing cover for other areas of the administration team within the business as required
• Anything else the business deems reasonable

• Ability to pick up information quickly and apply it
