Role: Trainer


• Train all new sales staff on business processes and customer interaction skills
• Design, research and develop new training material to proactively meet business needs
• Support both new and existing staff to achieve their potential
• Track, monitor and evaluate all processes and achievements
• Reviewing our existing new starter sales training program and making appropriate recommendations where necessary in order to improve the overall quality
• Taking responsibility for the development of new starters, with a particular focus on the first 3-6 months in their role
• Maintaining an engaging and enthusiastic style that will hold the attention of a large group for extended periods
• Promoting a culture of learning and encouragement within each training session
• Leading by example and offering on-going support to new and existing staff
• Establishing effective working relationships with each department, understand how they work and how this feeds into the overall business operation
• Continually searching for ways in which to further improve the training experience for all LDF staff
• Any other task that the business deems reasonable

Key Skills Required:

• Positive and determined attitude at all times
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in training sales skills
• Experience in writing training material
• Persistence and a commitment to achieving the highest standards
• A desire to be the best
• Strong organisational skills
• Computer literacy is paramount
• Ability to learn, understand and train highly technical concepts to team members
• Ability to plan, organise and prioritise work activities

Any other attributes that would be helpful, but not essential for the role:

• Knowledge of assigned products, markets and customers to ensure that effective training programs are identified, developed and implemented
