Since 2013, Human Med UK has been trading as a subsidiary of Human Med AG, Germany. They are a leading manufacturer of Water-Jet assisted products for plastic, reconstructive and anaesthetic surgery.

The Problem
Despite quoting on a number of opportunities, Human Med found that the volume of completed deals was low. The main reason for this was that customers only had 30 days to complete payment on their transaction.

In order to plug this gap, the business had little option but to dip into their own funds whilst waiting on receipt of customer payments. They also found that they were losing out on potential deals to other competitors within the market who were able to offer a leasing solution.
