Location: Ewloe, near Chester
We are looking for candidates with significant and direct experience in a coaching & development role. Reporting to the Training Manager you will have ideally worked in the financial sector within a training and/or sales role both face to face and telephony based.
You will be a highly motivated and proactive individual who has an exceptional track record for coaching and developing on a one to one basis as well as delivering skills-based training sessions. You should have an awareness of the emerging trends in Learning and Development and of coaching best practices. The ability to effectively prioritise workload and handle pressure, interruptions and multiple projects is essential.
We are looking for candidates who are strong team players, with the confidence and gravitas to build relationships quickly with a wide range of stakeholders. You will also have a desire to learn in order to fully understand the business as a whole and how coaching, training and developing can help achieve business goals.
